Example Glass Door Hutch or Wood Door Hutch will bring up configurations with that specific hutch type

How do I find products with an Incoming ETA to the i5 warehouse?

When using the “check stock” search, there is an additional category called Incoming ETA.

Example If you see 11-02-2022 (30) next to D3060.SG it means we expect to receive 30 Samoa Gray Desk Shells on November 2nd, 2022, at our warehouse.

Coming Soon Search Category

When using the “check stock” search, there is an additional category called Coming Soon.

Example If you select this category, you will see all the items that are not in stock yet but are set to arrive in our warehouse for the first time.

When you place an order through the “Quick Order” form, payment will be due as per the payment terms of your dealer account.

The order is sent to our inventory software that will hold the product for you while our orders department processes the order.

Once your order ships, you will then receive a tracking link to track your shipment through your “Order Status” page.

Due to our fast processing times, we may not be able to cancel your order. For the best chance of successfully cancelling it, please call 979.776.2100 Option 2 as soon as possible.

Our site syncs with our inventory software on regular intervals.

You must have purchased product from us to be listed on Locate a Dealer. Once you’ve done that, you can fill out this form and we will add you to the database.

We will update this for you, all you have to do is fill out this form that includes:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Logo
  • Website Address
  • Telephone number
  • Days & Hours of Operation

Yes. You can go here and select “Remove from Dealer List” with at least your Company Name typed in and we will remove you.

Yes, you can visit “Pay Invoice” and use our secure document uploader to pay your invoice by check using the invoice number, purchase order number, or sales order number.

If you are logged in, you may visit “Request A Quote” to send a quote with your dealer discount. To receive a quote without your discount, you can log out and request a quote that way.

The freight map is located under “Resources” on your dealer dashboard or “Resources” on the main menu.

Sales Associates go through a manual approval process similar to becoming a dealer. Please allow 24-48 hours for their account to be approved and properly attached to the main company account.
