What is your warranty?

Do you offer finish samples?
We do offer color matching wood block samples for our Kai product line and are available in all finishes. To request a finish sample, click here.
How do I order?
We accept orders from our dealers only. If you are a furniture retailer who is interested in carrying our furniture, you can apply to become a dealer here.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept direct bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For an in depth look at how to order, click here.
You can also fill out a credit application to see if you are approved for Net 30 invoicing. Contact our orders department for more information by contacting orders@i5industries.com
What is your typical lead time?
All our product lines are considered quick ship and are housed in our warehouse. For in stock product, orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Not at this time. We currently accept order forms at orders@i5industries.com or orders through this site.
We are only a phone call away if you need help with your order 979.776.2100 Option 2.
Do I have to pay for my order right away?
We have a 30 day lead time from the time of purchase to the invoice of the order.
What is your return policy?
We have an approval process for returns within 7 days of receiving an invoice. To learn more, click here.
What is your cancellation policy?
If an item is pre-ordered or backordered, you can cancel it by calling us at 979.776.2100. Because of our fast processing times, cancellation may not be possible for in-stock items. For the best chance of cancellation, call us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Parts are missing from my order, what can I do?
If there is a part missing from your hardware box, call us at 979.776.2100 Option 2 with the part number listed in the assembly instructions and we will send a replacement.
If an item is missing, you may be eligible to file a claim.
My products arrived damage, what can I do?
If your product was damaged during transit you must file a claim within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping + Delivery
What shipping methods are available for my order?
We use dock-to-dock freight shipping for most orders. For more information on freight shipping, transit times, and shipping zones, click here.
Certain items such as iRize height adjustable bases, Connect bases, Fusion metal leg systems, task chairs, conference chairs, nesting chairs, replacement parts, and smaller items are available via Ground Shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
No, but an order can qualify for free freight based on net total of the order and proximity to our Texas location. To learn more about shipping cost and options, click here.
Does my order arrive assembled?
All pedestals, lateral files, storage cabinets, and wardrobes arrive fully assembled.
Most of our furniture is flat pack or disassembled and will require assembly. Hardware boxes are provided with QR codes to scan for instructions. To view our assembly instruction videos or download PDF manuals for our products, click here.
What are your current transit times?
Transit times vary based on proximity to our Texas location and are typically between 1-5 days. For more information, click here.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
Currently, we ship only to the continental US via dock-to-dock freight shipping or ground shipping.

How difficult is it to assemble your products?
Our furniture is easy to assemble and to make it even easier, we provide video instructions and downloadable PDF assembly manuals to guide you. Everything you need will arrive in hardware boxes with QR codes to scan for digital instructions. Some of our items, such as larger conference tables, might require more than one person due to the weight of the pieces. To view our assembly instructions library, click here.
Can I repaint the laminate products I purchase from i5 Industries?
No. Paint does not adhere well to laminate and will cause it to peel. It will also void the warranty.
Are the finish colors on the website accurate?
We do our best to accurately depict all finishes and materials on our the website images. There are many factors that can change the way our images are displayed, such as printing variations, video card differences, monitor resolution. If you need to match existing office elements or decor, you can request a finish sample here.
