How to Order
Online Ordering
Step 1: Become a Dealer
Step 2: Approval of your account and discount will be applied within 48 hours.
Step 3: You now have access to “Quick Order” where your discount will be applied automatically for you.
Step 4: Add items to your cart and check out with Invoice Payment option. Shipping zone rules will be applied.
Step 5: Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Step 6: You will receive a confirmation from our orders department with your Sales Order number.
Step 7: Once your order ships you will receive an invoice via email with your payment terms.
Emailing Purchase Orders
Step 1: Become a Dealer

Step 3: Email your purchase order to orders@i5industries.com
Step 4: Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation from our orders department with your Sales Order number.
Step 6: Once your order ships you will receive an invoice via email with your payment terms.
Ways to Pay
- Pay By Check from your dealer dashboard
- Credit card payment can be taken over the phone or online when placing your order. 3% processing fee will apply.
- ACH information if provided upon request from AR@i5industries.com
- Mail a check* (We ask that customers avoid this method if possible due to mail service losing checks).
