Here at i5 Industries, high quality is our standard. Our items are tested at great lengths to ensure that quality, but things do happen that are out of our control after it leaves our warehouse. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right for you.

General Return Policy

i5 industries items are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving an invoice.

Items Not Eligible For Return

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Item Policy

Damaged, defective, or missing items are eligible for the claims process within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you. There is no need to return the damaged or defective item back to us.

Freight damage occurs if you can see the damage without unboxing the product. To file a successful freight damage claim, you will need to:

Cancellation Policy

Items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered are eligible for cancellation. Due to our fast order processing times, it might not be possible to cancel your order of in-stock items. Our processing time for in-stock items is currently 24-48 hours. After an order is shipped, it is impossible to cancel. 

For the best chance of cancellation, reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order at 979.776.2100 Option 2.

Exchange Policy
