1) If your goods were damaged, provide a photo of the
damaged original packaging/pallet.
2) If your goods were damaged, provide photos of the
actual damage to the goods.
3) If you have freight damage or any missing pallets,
provide a photo of the Bill Of Lading noted by the driver.
**Guidelines for Taking Photos**
- Make sure the photos are clear and not blurry
- Stand at least a foot back from the damaged product.
- Avoid taking it so close that it makes it hard to tell what the
photo is of.
-If there is pallet damage please take a photo from all 4
sides showing the entire side.
By not following these guidelines it could result in
replacement delays.
