A temporary surcharge of 10% was in effect starting Wednesday, May 14, 2025, for all i5 Industries orders. We have now lifted this temporary surcharge!
All orders that ship on or after December 1, 2025, will not be subject to the 10% surcharge. As we have spent most of 2025 navigating constant fluctuations in tariffs and other costs that rose worldwide, we are pleased to announce the removal of our temporary surcharge.
In our previous communications, the intention of this surcharge was always to allow our manufacturers and us time to evaluate where the costs would settle. As clarity has improved around all expenses associated with international imports, we are excited to end the year on a positive note.
Eligible open orders shipping in December are currently under review and will be updated to reflect this new pricing. You’ll receive updated sales orders once those adjustments are complete.
