Now more than ever, you can rest assured that your products will arrive safely and damage-free, at no additional cost to you. Over time, we have received feedback from our valued dealers regarding the packaging of our products. We take every comment and concern we receive into consideration, and we extend our gratitude to those who took the time to share their feedback with us.
Previously, only select products were boxed, while other furniture was banded and shrink-wrapped for delivery on pallets. We noticed an opportunity to increase efficiency in transport, putting money back in our dealers’ pockets by making the unloading and warehousing process faster, while also decreasing the potential for damage.
Our corrugated boxes are made with strong fluted layers to provide ultimate cushioning and resistance to impact. The boxes our products come in now are either single-walled for lighter items, such as our worksurfaces, or double-walled for heavier-duty items, like storage. Every box features biodegradable corner protection, layers of thick foam for added protection all around, and is recyclable to continue our commitment to promoting a sustainable future for all.
